Are you certified?

Yes, we are California State License Board certified. Our Contractor License Number is: 1089036.
* It may be a new number, but we are not new to the work!

Where do you provide services?

We are located in Napa Valley, and are available to the surrounding area.

What is your consultation process like?

We like to keep things simple. Whether it is a new build or a remodel, we start by offering you a FREE consultation. We come to you, take a look at your project and talk about what you have in mind. If you decide to move forward, here’s what you can expect:
 

1. We’ll ask you for a copy of the plans, if you have them. 

2. We generate a quote for you based on our conversation around your vision.

3. We get to work!

What are your rates and the up-front costs?

Once you decide to opt-in for a quote, we ask for a retainer that will be applied toward your cost of construction at 100%. Should you decide to go another route, we keep an hourly rate of $95/hour and refund the rest.

What other services do you provide?

We have vast experience working with Additions, Renovations, Interior Finishes, General Carpentry, General Construction, Commercial Construction, you name it we’ve done it!

Who is the team?

Frank is the Founder and General Contractor for FER Builders, Inc. He has cultivated a great working relationship with local subcontractors for years. Through these connections, he is able to call in the craftsman/craftswoman best suited for your project.
